SwiftCell Group LLC – Terms and Conditions These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all sales of hardware and services by SwiftCell Group LLC ("SwiftCell," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or engaging in services with SwiftCell, the customer ("you" or "Client") agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:  

1. Hardware Purchases – Non-Refundable Policy All hardware sales are final and non-refundable. This applies to all equipment including, but not limited to: mobile devices, networking hardware, computing systems, and accessories—whether off-the-shelf or custom ordered. Once hardware has been delivered, installed, or otherwise transferred to the Client, SwiftCell will not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction, compatibility issues, or change of need.  

2. Service Contracts – First Month Non-Refundable When engaging in service-based contracts (e.g., managed services, consulting, subscriptions), the first month of service is non-refundable. This applies regardless of contract duration or early termination by the Client. The first month covers onboarding, allocation of technical resources, and infrastructure provisioning, which are committed upon execution of the agreement.  

3. Payment Terms All payments for products and services are due upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders will not be processed, shipped, or scheduled for service until full payment is received. Failure to provide timely payment may result in delays or cancellation of service and/or product delivery.  

4. Warranty Disclaimer and Coverage SwiftCell Group LLC does not provide any direct warranty on hardware products. All hardware warranties, if applicable, are provided solely by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and are subject to the OEM’s terms and conditions. Clients are responsible for registering their products with the OEM and handling warranty claims directly with the manufacturer.

5. Acceptance of Terms By proceeding with the purchase or use of services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from engaging in any transactions with SwiftCell Group LLC.  

6. Changes to Terms SwiftCell Group LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be made available on our official communications or upon request. Continued purchases or use of services following such changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
